The hotel is conveniently located near various retail outlets, 7Eleven shops, banks, and a hospital. The breakfast provided near the reception counter is packed and convenient for early risers. The staff, including the cleaners, are very friendly and accommodating. The hotel provides free coffee and a coffee maker in the lobby.

The bathroom was surprisingly clean and the location of the hotel was great! There were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, making it easy to find everything we needed. Plus, the staff at the front desk were polite and friendly.
The parking situation was terrible. It was really difficult to find a spot and we had to drive around for ages just to find somewhere to park.

The hotel is ideally located in the center of the city and very close to a hospital, market, shops, and 7eleven. My wife's stay in the hospital was convenient due to the proximity of the hotel. the staff was friendly and accommodating to the guests' requests, including room change and daily cleaning of the room.
Some aspects of the hotel require improvement, such as the cleanliness and the quality of breakfast provided.
